Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth pharmaceutical procurement process.
Order Cancellation
At Samarth Pharma India, we process orders promptly to maintain our commitment to lightning-fast delivery. Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
- Once a shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner or the cold chain process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Customized bulk drug orders or product-specific procurement cannot be cancelled once production/packaging has commenced.
Refund Process
If a cancellation is approved within the permitted timeframe, the refund process will follow these guidelines:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Crypto/Wire Transfer).
- For Wire Transfers, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Transaction fees or exchange rate losses incurred during the initial payment are non-refundable.
Non-Cancellable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, certain items are strictly non-cancellable and non-returnable once dispatched:
- Temperature-sensitive vaccines and serums (Cold Chain products).
- Injectables and biologic samples.
- Prescription medicines required for immediate global relief.
