Important: Due to global pharmaceutical regulations, certain temperature-sensitive items are non-returnable to ensure public health safety.
Return Guidelines
At Samarth Pharma India, we strive for 100% accuracy in our global medical supplies. Returns are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Received products are significantly different from the ordered items.
- The product packaging was compromised or damaged during transit (excluding cold-chain items once verified).
- Verified quality issues or manufacturing defects.
Cold Chain & Non-Returnables
To preserve the integrity and safety of our biologic samples and medicines, the following items cannot be returned once they have left our facility:
- Vaccines and Serums.
- Injectables and temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals.
- Custom-procured bulk drug orders.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed following a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team. Please note:
- Refunds for approved returns are issued via Bank Wire Transfer or Cryptocurrency.
- Processing of refunds typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
- Shipping costs and international customs duties incurred during the initial delivery are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Claim
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the package and a detailed description of the issue.
